New Manatee Sarasota County Housing Data is Out & Our Prices Keep Going Up

From December of this past year (2022)… to a year ago (2021)…. in Manatee County single family home prices were up 10% to an average of $507,000.

In Sarasota County, the sales of existing single-family homes saw the average price was up 16% to $505,500.

Condo and townhouse sales followed a similar pattern.

In Manatee County, the median price for condos was up 14% to $344,475.

In Sarasota County, condo and townhouse sales average prices rose 8% to $390,000.

The median time to contract... did take a little longer:

in Manatee County for single-family houses, it was 27 days to contract… compared to 6 days a year ago.

In Sarasota, the median time to contract was 23 days for single-family houses, compared to 8 days a year ago.
