Port Manatee is Holding a Job Fair Tomorrow, October 14th

A great new career is waiting for you at Port Manatee

Port Manatee is looking to fill more than 100 positions through a free career fair on Thursday, October 14th, from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. at the Bradenton Area Convention Center in Palmetto.

There is a wide variety of jobs. Available positions include welders, mechanics, clerks, production technicians, truck drivers, and crane and forklift operators, with some paying as much as $32 per hour with benefits.

The job event is being held in partnership with CareerSource Suncoast will feature on-site interviews, as well as the opportunity to be “put in the seat” with a heavy equipment simulator demonstrating what it feels like to operate a broad spectrum of machinery, from yard tractors to the cranes used to lift cargo on and off oceangoing vessels.
