Blake Shelton Says He's Softer Now, After Getting Married to Gwen Stefani
During this past Monday's (10/11/21) episode of The Voice, Blake Shelton offered a box of tissues to new "Voice" coach Ariana Grande as they began the battle rounds on the show.
The kind gesture came as a surprise to Kelly Clarkson and John Legend, who have experienced Blake primarily focused on his team and their success on the show.
"I've been thinkin' about you," Shelton said as he handed Grande, tissues...
"After this season you won't ever need these again. You'll get over it. You'll become callous like us three."
"This is so sweet," said Grande, as Kelly Clarkson,, chimed in with shock, "That's a nice gesture," and John Legend, said, "Look at this guy. There is a heart in there."
Blake joked that he has become more tender since tying the knot with Gwen Stefani back in July: "Look, I'm married now. I'm soft. I'm getting softer."
