Manatee County median Prices for Single Family Homes is now $430,000, In Sarasota County it is $400,000. Condos prices are way up as well.

Yes... The median price for existing single-family homes in Manatee County… has set another record…. $430,000, was that number in July 2021… that is up from $358,963 the same month last year.

The median price for townhouses and condos in Manatee County increased to $250,050, up from $220,000 a year ago.

In Sarasota County, the median price for existing single-family home is now $400,000… up from $327,250 last year.

The median price of townhouses and condos in Sarasota is npw $315,000, …. compared to $240,000 in the same month last year.

The rise in prices, has soared due to several factors… the move to work from home model, which is allowing people to live anywhere.... there is also the reality of the pandemic and people now prioritizing where they want to live…there is also the shortage of construction materials, for new homes....  and then there are those leaving other states with much higher taxes…

In fact in July 201... There were 272 all-cash sales... compared to 186 in the same month a year ago.
