A County in Maryland Threw a Birthday Party For 100-Year-Old Twin Sisters
Ms. Elaine Foster and Ms. Evelyn Lowe Celebrated Their 100th Birthday with a Big Party
Prince George County, Maryland helped celebrate a couple of log-time residents, that reached a big milestone.
Elaine Foster and Evelyn Lowe, who were born and raised in the county, received flowers, balloons, gift baskets and gift certificates to their favorite restaurant at the celebration.
The two said they are planning to use the gift certificates for sangria.
The twins attributed their long lives to taking care of themselves and getting yearly check-ups from their doctors.
Prince George County put on the drive-by party for Elaine and Evelyn as part of the Office of Community Relations' annual "100 Events of Summer" initiative. Inviting the community to celebrate with the twins.
