Florida Man Boating Naked... Arrested for BUI - Boating Under the Influence
A Lehigh Acres man is accused of exposing his genitals from a boat at Hurricane Pass near Keewaydin Island Saturday around 6 p.m..
Janser Reyes, 22, is facing charges after a 51-year-old woman told officers with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) she spotted Reyes urinating off a boat and waving his penis and testicles at women, according to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office.
The witness told officers the man looked at her and her husband shook his genitals at them and said “well, if you’ve got to look then?”
The 22-year-old then walked to the front of the rental boat and kissed his girlfriend, the witness said.
FWC officers caught up with Reyes who was at the helm of the vessel and performed field sobriety tests. The 22-year-old failed multiple field sobriety tests and refused to take a breathalyzer, according to the arrest report.
Reyes is facing charges of BUI and exposure of sexual organs.
He was taken to the Naples Jail Center.
