Sarasota at #6, was right behind Santa Monica, California, and just before Kailua, Hawaii.
Naples, just to our south... placed first on the list...
A few other Florida cities also make the Top 10 List .... at # 3 was Boca Raton and at # 10 was Vero Beach.
This recognition is on top of Last year, Sarasota being ranked as the top place in America to retire and the 16th best place in the country to live, according to the U.S. News & World Report Best Places to Live & Retire 2020-21 rankings.
It was in 2019, that Sarasota ranked as one of the top places to live in the United States, and as the highest-ranked Florida city, according to a list compiled by U.S. News & World Report.
