Tissue Alert - A 6 Year Old Girl at Her Daddy's Funeral Asks a Jogger Running by with a Dog , if She'd Like to Meet Her Daddy.
She Says Yes!
6-year-old Raelynn Nast was missing her father when a woman jogged by the funeral home, where her Dad was resting.... with her dog.
Raelynn's father, Davey, had died recently of colon cancer. He was just 41 years old.
As you could imagine, Raelynn was more than devastated.
Little Raelynn was outside the funeral home, when she saw Emily Beineman running by with her dog,
Raelynn she asked if she could pet her dog.
Raelynn explained that her father was lying inside, as she gave Emily’s dog…. Blue a big hug, she then asked Emily if she wanted to come inside and see her dad.
Emily in running clothes, clearly wasn't dressed for a funeral, but she also knew this was the last time that little girl would be able to introduce her daddy to anyone. So, she followed her gut and followed Raelynn inside and down the aisle.
Now, they both have a new friend....
