Manatee County Schools Increase Tickets Allowed for High School Graduation

The Manatee County School District and Superintendent Cynthia Saunders have announced (4/29/21) an increase in the numbers of tickets for guests to attend local high school graduation ceremonies.

Manatee County's traditional high schools were restricted to just two tickets per graduate due to increased safety measures implemented because of COVID-19. .

However, the school district just announced that they will now allow, four attendees per graduate, at the graduation ceremonies.

The school district says the increase in vaccinations within Manatee County and newly updated CDC guidance for outdoor events are the reasons for the change.

Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at 8 am – Southeast High School at LECOM Park

Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at 8 am – Braden River High School at LECOM Park

Thursday, June 3, 2021 at 8 am – Lakewood Ranch High School at LECOM Park

Thursday, June 3, 2021 at 8 pm – Manatee High School at Hawkins Stadium (Manatee High School)

Friday, June 4, 2021 at 8 am – Bayshore High School at LECOM Park

Saturday, June 5, 2021 at 8 am – Palmetto High School at LECOM Park
