Her Daughter is a student at Johnson K-8 School in Manatee County. She got a huge surprise when she got to see her mother for the first time in over a year, yesterday (2/8/21).
Chief Yeoman Diana Martin has been deployed on the USS Ralph Johnson. Yesterday, she got to have a tearful reunion with her daughter who is in Kindergarten.
The entire reunion was caught on camera.
It was an awesome moment, for both Chief Yeoman Martin and her daughter, because her daughter attends the same school where Chief Yeoman went as a child. Our local Hero's daughter, has been staying with Martin’s mother, while she was away on deployment.
