His Tattoo Proves He is a Real "Florida Man". He was Arrested for Misuse of the 911 System
22-year-old Matthew Kyle Leatham was arrested on Sunday (1/31/21) for misuse of the 911 system after he called multiple times and asked for a ride home.
When the dispatcher informed him that 911 is not a taxi or ride-sharing service, he cursed them out. After calling for a 2nd time, again asking for a ride and tying up the 911 system, authorities had enough. He was picked up by police and given a ride.... but, instead to the police station where he was photographed for a mugshot which features a very eye-catching tattoo -- a blackened map of the state of Florida inked right in the middle of his forehead.
In addition to the misuse of 911 charge, Leatham was also found in possession of marijuana.
After his first appearance, he was released on his own recognizance from the Pasco County jail.
