An unwelcome visitor tried to pay a surprise visit to a Tampa family. He knocked on the door, but was not invited inside.
Karina Sura Paner and John Paner, who own the Croc Encounters wildlife sanctuary and also operate as contracted nuisance alligator trappers contracted with the State of Florida, were called to remove the gator.
The large 8 to 9 foot alligator arrived at the Tampa house this past Tuesday (6-30-20) and was two missing limbs. Most likely as a result of a fight with another gator.
The gator has a new home now, as a reptile rescue at the Croc Encounters wildlife sanctuary
"He was not too happy to be evicted from his comfortable, shady spot as he smashed everything in sight upon exiting," Croc Encounters said in there Facebook post.
