Touchless Bathrooms coming to SRQ– Sarasota Bradenton International Airport

Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) has announced they have hired an Architectural and Interiors firm to update, modernize and improve its restrooms with additional “touchless” elements to greatly reduce the spread of germs and bacteria, for it's travelers .

The airport restrooms, which currently have no-touch faucets, will have additions that will feature clean, safe and hygienic amenities, such as: .Touchless soap dispensers and touchless paper towel dispensers, which will be located behind the mirrors at each sink. Trash containers in bathrooms at SRQ will be moved under sinks.

Sarasota Bradenton International Airport CEO Rick Piccolo, says that the updates will be completed in an expedited timeline so the changes can take effect as soon as possible.
