Sarasota County Government posted this on their Facebook page, in regards to the partial re-opening of their Beaches...
Starting Today.... Monday, April 27th, Sarasota county-operated beaches will have limited access.
Here’s what’s permitted: walking, running, swimming, surfing and biking.
Here’s what’s not permitted: coolers, tents, chairs, blankets, umbrellas and PARKING.
No group activities, like yoga, volleyball, sunbathing, etc...
Please note that this is part of a phased approach to limit crowds and work toward safely reopening# SRQCounty.
Don’t drive to the beach when you can choose from one of Sarasota County’s 160 parks and preserves to get out and get some exercise. Find one here:http://ow.ly/L4mG50zoY8w.
Keep up with the status of all our parks here:http://ow.ly/h2HF50zoY8x.
