North Port is Now Ranked as The Second Fastest Growing City in the U.S.A.

The numbers are in... and North Port is HOT!

According to a new study by Quicken Loans.

In April 2010, North Port had a population of about 57,000

US Census Date now shows… As of July 2021, the city grew to approximately 80,000 people,

Many don’t realize… but North Port has have 104 square miles.  

North Port’s growth has also caught the attention of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis who about a year ago, approved $1.69 million in funds to help the city with infrastructure and  job growth.
