Manatee and Sarasota County Housing Market Remains Hot
In Manatee County the median price for a single family home remained high at $525,000, a 22% increase from the $430,000 selling price a year ago, in August.
In the Manatee County townhouse and condo market, a similar scenario prevailed with a higher median price, $352,495, up 11% compared to a year ago.
In Sarasota County, existing single-family houses were selling for a median price of $475,250, up 22% from a year ago
The Sarasota townhouse and condo market saw the median price rise 19% to $375,000, compared to a year ago.
