Meet Lt. Amanda Lee - US Navy - She is the First Female Blue Angels Pilot
For the first time in its 76-year history, the Navy’s famous Blue Angels aerial fighter jet demo team will feature a female fighter jet pilot.
Lt. Amanda Lee will now be one of the Blue Angels’ core members.
Since 1946, the Blue Angels have performed dazzling aerial displays at air shows, sporting events and other flight demonstrations, providing community outreach and an important recruiting tool for the U.S. Navy.
Lt. Lee, is from Mounds View, Minnesota
