Sarasota Has Most Expensive Rent in the Entire Tampa Bay Area. This is according to a new report from Zumper.

Zumper’s report, says that to rent a one-bedroom apartment., per month in Sarasota it’s $1,940.

Sarasota has the highest rent in the area, although Venice is not far behind at $1,900 per month for a one-bedroom apartment.

Up to the north, in the City of Tampa, rent is an average of $1,660 per month.

Statewide... The median price for renting a one-bedroom apartment in the entire state of Florida was $1,615.
