7,000 New Homes Coming to Manatee County, with 2 New Developments
Two New Communities, both in northern Manatee County have been approved and initial work is now underway for both.
Rye Ranch, is in Parrish and this is where Developers plan to build 3,500 residential units on approximately 1,370 acres of land which is on County Road 675 and is just east of North Rye Road.

Newport Isles is another development which is scheduled to bring 3,382 new homes to 1,555 acres of land just south of the Hillsborough County line, in Manatee County between US 41 and I-75.
This will be built in four phases between 2022 and 2030.
