When will bills be coming out? North Port Utilities bills throughout the month. The majority of the City’s North Port Utilities’ customers will receive an estimated bill. A small percentage of customers will receive a bill including the actual reading of the meter based upon usage. We will begin billing again on February 3, 2022, and the due date for bills will remain 21 days from the creation date. Payment may be made up until that date. Until we return to normal operations, we are not issuing any late fees nor shutting off any properties for past due accounts. We will reassess late fees and shut off processes after March 1, 2022. Please note that it will take a couple of months to rectify the billing system. As actual readings on the meters are able to be read based upon usage, adjustments will be made to the North Port Utilities’ customers’ bills.

Can I wait to pay until then? Yes, no late fees nor shut offs will occur until at least March 1, 2022.

Are credit cards accepted at the drive-thru? No. Payments can be made by cash, check, or money order.
