Two years after the deadliest shooting in U.S. history, officials in Nevada are honoring the 58 people who lost their lives at the Route 91 Harvest Festival by erecting 58 crosses along the Las Vegas Strip. The crosses will be located near the "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas" sign. A sunrise memorial was also held Tuesday morning to remember those who lost their lives at the country festival, while theLas Vegas Review-Journaladds that Tuesday will also mark the release of a specialty "Forever Strong" Nevada license plate to raise funds for the Vegas Strong Resiliency Center, which continues to assist victims of the tragedy.
