Kip Moore says he doesn’t put a lot of weight on country music awards shows, noting that his lack of nominations “doesn’t faze him one bit.” Kip says, “I think that anybody, any artist, would find joy in being recognized, and I think that if I was up for something or to win something, of course it would be humbling, and I would be thankful “But it doesn’t dictate how I feel. It’s not going to break me one way or the other.” He no longer bases his success on if he’s “playing arenas or winning awards. His goal is to truly touch people’s soul with his music, the way the greats did for him.”

And because of that, guess who was sitting in the seat that was the six-millionth ticket sold."
