Road Rage Incident Leads to Arrest After Man Throws Rock at Driver's Face

Flagler Bech, FL - A man was arrested for a road rage encounter that turned physical after throwing a golf ball-sized rock at another driver.

According to police, Peter Cicacci-Blackwell, a Palm Coast resident, threw a rock at another driver's car while they were at the intersection of State Road 100 and Old Kings Road.

Police say the rock entered the victim's open window, striking the windshield, bouncing off the dashboard, and finally landing on the driver's face.

Law enforcement managed to trace and locate Cicacci-Blackwell's vehicle in Flagler Beach.

Cicacci-Blackwell was arrested on several charges, including throwing a missile into a vehicle, criminal mischief, and battery.

Following his arrest, Cicacci-Blackwell was taken to the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility, only to be released after posting a bond of $16,500.

Sheriff Rick Staly emphasized the severity of road rage incidents and advised drivers to manage their anger and avoid escalating situations, instead urging them to contact law enforcement for assistance.
