CMT revealed additional artists in the 2024 CMT Music Awards lineup on Tuesday morning (March 26). Cody Johnson, Megan Moroney and Old Dominion will perform, and Parker McCollum will team up with Brittney Spencer on a first-ever collaboration.
Previously-announced performers include Bailey Zimmerman, Jelly Roll, Jordan Davis, Kelsea Ballerini, Keith Urban, Lainey Wilson, NEEDTOBREATHE, Sam Hunt and Trisha Yearwood. CMT noted in a press release that additional performers, presenters and other details about the show would be announced at a later date.
Ballerini is returning to solo host the 2024 show. She said in a statement last month that she “couldn’t be more excited to be back for my fourth year with my CMT family to host this year’s CMT MUSIC AWARDS in Austin, Texas. Hosting an awards show that celebrates the music that the fans love most has been an honor and I know this year will be another unforgettable night.”
The Subject To Change artist is also among the top nominees of the evening, alongside fellow performers Johnson, Jelly Roll, Wilson and Moroney. CMT also spotlights 14 first-time nominees. See the full list here.
The 2024 CMT Music Awards will return to Moody Center in Austin, Texas, taking place on Sunday, April 7, and airing live (8:00-11:00 PM, ET/delayed PT). Viewers can watch on CBS and stream live and on demand on Paramount+.
