The Florida back to school tax free holiday starts this Saturday and runs through Monday Aug. 9th! It applies to a number of school supplies priced at $15 or less. Plus, certain clothing items, footwear and more. See the list here.
The items the savings apply to are clothes and school supplies, and the taxes off the first $1,000 of the sales price of a computer.
Clothes have to have a sales price of $60 or less per item (Clothing includes footwear)
Wallets, bags, backpacks are included at the price of $60 or less per item
Computers and personal computer-related accessories, the first $1,000 of the sales price of the applicable items.
