Off - duty Police Officer Ryan Smith was eating dinner with his girlfriend Hannah, when they noticed a woman struggling in the Chatahoochee River. Turns out the woman had been struggling for 2 hours! her float had deflated and she could not swim. An employee of the restaurant jumped in the water with Officer Ryan to save the woman.
