If you're a fan of real-estate reality TV, then you'll "flip" over the news that Flip or Flop star Tarek El Moussa is now engaged to girlfriend and Selling Sunset star Heather Rae Young. "She said yes!" the 38-year-old El Moussa wrote this past weekend alongside an Instagram pic that shows him slipping a ring on Young's finger while dressed in a tuxedo on a beach. He also added the adorable hashtag, "#FlippingHerLastName." As for the 32-year-old Young--who likewise sported a slinky black gown for the big moment--she wrote on her own page, "The Future Mrs. Tarek El Moussa!!!!"ETreports that El Moussa and Young confirmed their romance last August and moved in together this past January. El Moussa was previously married to hisFlip or Flopco-star Christina, with whom he shares two kids. Christina has since remarried TV personality Ant Anstead. Back in May, Young revealed that she and El Moussa, "decided on date #2 that we were going to commit to each 100 percent... I know [an engagement] is gonna happen eventually and I'm leaving that up to him"
