A Ralph's grocery store employee is now suspended after getting into a fight with a customer. The customer was not wearing a mask and the employee asked them to put one on or leave. The man decided to ram his cart into that employee after she asked him. The employee then pulled out the pepper spray and sprayed the man. The associate was suspended for five days for not following company guidelines.
