Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani just dropped the new duet “Happy Anywhere,” and just a few hours after it dropped Blake stopped by “Today” to talk about life with his love and her family. Talking about Gwen’s Father’s Day message to Blake about helping raise her boys, he admits it was a role he was a bit concerned about.
“That’s a scary moment for me, because it’s one thing for me to be with the kids all the time and be their buddy," Blake said. "But then you do have to consider after awhile, that they're starting to listen to things that you say, and there’s a lot of responsibility that comes with that, which is new to me." As for their time in quarantine together, Blake says he and the kids, 14-year-old Kingston, 12-year-old Zuma and six-year-old Apollo, have been able to spend time "doing things that I wished I had time to do for the last 20 years,” adding, “That's literally stupid things, like pick blackberries. We grew a garden, grew several acres of sweet corn."
