Mama June Shannon tested positive for cocaine--despite saying she hasn't used it. According to people, the results of Shannon's drug test came in during Friday's episode of From Not to Hot: Family Crisis. Shannon took the drug screening voluntarily and said she had taken a pain medication and Xanax, but not cocaine. When the urine test came back positive for cocaine, Shannon burst into tears. She said, “No, I promise you I’m not. I will take a blood test, I will take five of those. I want to take a blood test to prove that I am not.” Her daughter Lauryn “Pumpkin” Shannon said in a clip, "I really thought I was going to be mad if mama’s drug test come back positive. But mama's reaction is showing me that she is basically crying for help.” Shannon added that she'd been clean for three months and then agreed to undergo a blood test to double check the result.
