A source says Bachelor star Peter Weber and ex-contestant Kelley Flanagan are "fully dating." "They aren’t admitting it to people,” the insider adds. Flanagan has been shy about their romance ever since they were photographed getting handsy together in Chicago last month."She doesn’t want to be criticized all over the internet," the insider says. Weber and Flanagan met briefly before filming on The Bachelor began in September 2019. He ultimately sent her packing before the show's hometown dates, but they reconnected after he ended his engagement to Hannah Ann Sluss and his relationship with runner-up Madison Prewett.
