Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler often accused each other of infidelity during their marriage, a source tells Us Weekly. The couple announced they were divorcing on Sunday, and the source said, “They would accuse each other of cheating, but nothing really solid. They are both very stubborn and bump heads a lot and neither backs down.” The two were married in 2013 and have three kids together, but the source said, “The word around Nashville is they really just don’t like each other anymore,” adding, “Kristin and Jay always seemed annoyed with each other and they were only on the same side when it came to their kids." The source also said that “their personal relationship became antagonistic and it was better for their whole family to divorce.” But just who gets the kids seems up in the air. In new legal documents, Cutler said he's “the available at-home parent and primary caretaker,” while Cavallari claimed in her legal docs that he “is guilty of such inappropriate marital conduct as renders further cohabitation unsafe and improper” and requested primary custody of 7-year-old Camden, 5-year-old Jaxon and 4-year-old Saylor.
