Tenants in the two L.A. buildings owned by Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard are definitely in "The Good Place." According to TMZ, the celeb couple has waived all rents in the building for the upcoming month of April amid the coronavirus crisis. Tenants were told the good news in an email from the couple's Pringus Property LLC. Sources tell the outlet that "the message expressed empathy and encouragement" while promising "to work with residents going forward as best as possible."
