Luke Perry and Cameron Boyce both started trending on Twitter after they were left out of the Oscars' memorial segment on Sunday night. "Oof! Not including Cameron Boyce and Luke Perry was a huge mistake, Academy!" one fan tweeted. Many other movie-lovers noted that Perry's omission was particularly egregious, considering he appeared in one of this year's Best Picture nominees,Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. Those who did make the cut for this year's In Memoriam included Kobe Bryant, Doris Day, Robert Forster, Monty Python's Terry Jones, Danny Aiello, Diahann Carroll, Peggy Lipton, and Boyz N the Hood director John Singleton.
