A Florida man is packing water purification systems and plans to fly them out to Puerto Rico.
Joe Hurston of Air Mobile Ministries says he's building kits in Brevard County, Florida.
The territory has been plagued with about 1,200 small earthquakes over the last few weeks, including a 5.1 magnitude earthquake struck.
