An adorable four-year-old girl in Michigan has gone viral and is melting hearts over a video showing her taking her very first steps without the use of a walker.
Life hasn't been easy for Maya Tisdale, who was born four months early and weight only one pound, 10 ounces. At two years old she was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and she wasn't able to walk without help.
But then in May, Maya underwent a special surgery that would hopefully help her ability to walk on her own one day. That day came a lot sooner than anyone had expected.
Maya, who despite her challenges has remained positive and as independent as possible, one day decided to give walking a try.
She ditched her canes and finally took some steps on her own. Her reaction, which was captured on video and has gone viral, is priceless.
