CHARITY GROUP BUILDS SPECIAL CARS AND WAGONS FOR KIDS IN THE HOSPITAL

A charity group in Maryland is helping kids in hospitals by creating special cars and wagons that allow the kids to get out of their rooms, even if they're dealing with an I.V. pole and don't have extra people helping out.

Wy's Rides takes regular wagons and toy cars and fixes them up with special hitches, which are connected to I.V. poles.

This allows the kids to get out of their rooms and go for safe rides, even if there's only one adult around.

The adult pulls the wagon or car -- and the I.V. pole also goes along for the ride.

It's fun for the kids. And, it's relaxing for the adults because the kids are safe -- and often smiling.
