Florida Man Arrested For Biting Off a Friend's Ear at a Key West Hotel
45-year-old James Lenn Williams was arrested on battery charges after he got into a fight with his friend and wound up biting his ear off.
Key West Police say Williams was on vacation with three friends -- another man and two women -- and that they were at a resort in Key West.
Apparently, after a night of drinking, one of the women passed out and the other man thought it would be funny to place her in a wheelbarrow and pour beer on her. Mr. Williams thought it was disrespectful, and reacted by attacking the other man and biting a portion of his ear off.
Williams eventually walked away but was later captured by police and arrested. He's charged with aggravated battery.
