An Indiana College Professor and Her Photography Students Donate Time to Help Police and Their K-9 Dogs and Create a Charity Calendar, to Raise Funds for Injured and Retired Police K-9 Dogs
The Advanced Photography students at the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana, are working with the Fort Wayne Police Department on a very special calendar.
The 2022 calendar features K-9 officer dogs at different landmarks in Fort Wayne.
And, the finished calendar will be sold to the public, with the proceeds going to a charity group called Blue Line Paws, which provides care for current and retired K-9s, as well as their handlers.
The students’ professor, Cara Wade, was excited to help the police department, but also to show her students “how they can use their skills for good.”.
