Good News for customers of Florida Power & Light. The power company has announced that it will cut the cost of electric bills in the month of May.
April's FPL bill statements have already been sent to customers. The news for May bills, is a relief and is some needed positive news as we all deal with the novel coronavirus.
Florida, Power & Light\ says for a typical residential customer who uses 1,000 kilowatt hours of electricity a month, that in May they would see their bills go from the currently $96.04 a month to about $74 in May.
