Visitors to Disney World have already seen major changes to park policy in light of the pandemic, including a mask requirement for anyone over the age of 2. Now that the park has been open for a spell, the rules have been updated and refined to note that patrons can no longer avoid wearing a mask by walking around the park while eating and drinking. "You may remove your face covering while actively eating or drinking, but you should be stationary and maintain appropriate physical distancing,” the park’s website now says. To keep visitors safe, Disney World has also implemented extra sanitation measures and cashless payments in some areas, and reconfigured areas to encourage social distancing.
