Early Monday morning, pregnant pop star Katy Perry posted an ultrasound video of her baby-to-be on Instagram. As a doctor explains what's going on, Perry's future daughter flips her off, which Orlando Bloom's fiancee got quite a kick out of. "She literally is giving me the middle finger," said an amused Perry.
