This is never going to end,’ and we didn’t sign a prenup.” Simpson also replied when asked about her relationship with the 46-year-old Lachey today, "There is not one.” Funny enough, Simpson does claim in her new memoir Open Book that Lachey and second wife Vanessa sent her a gift after she welcomed her first child with second husband Eric Johnson in 2012, but the Lacheys said Monday on TODAY that they never sent her anything.
