In a preview clip for an interview, Jessica Simpson tells Hoda Kotb that she "went back" to ex-boyfriend John Mayer "close to nine times" before finally breaking things off for good. "We were great at intimacy," says Simpson, who's promoting her new memoir,Open Book. "We were great at loving each other. That was easy, but the relationship was very complex."
