Jennifer Lopez and Shakira are promising an empowering halftime show during this Sunday's Super Bowl. They opened up about their performance during a press conference saying, they want to celebrate women and the Latino community during their high-energy, 12-minute performance in Miami's Hard Rock Stadium. This is the first time two Latinas will headline a Super Bowl halftime show. “That statement alone to me is empowering. When I think of my daughter, when I think of all the little girls in the world, to be able to have that (and) to see that two Latinas (are) doing this in this country at this time, it’s just very empowering for us,” said Lopez. The singers also said they will also be remembering Kobe Bryant during their performance. Lopez's fiancé Alex Rodriguez was a friend of Bryant's.
