When Larry Childers of Gray, Tennessee, was deployed overseas with the U.S. Navy, he gave his daughter, Baillie, a “daddy doll,” which featured a picture of him, so Baillie could feel connected to him while he was away from home.
Unfortunately, Baillie misplaced the doll while out shopping -- and the family couldn’t track it down before they had to go home.
The doll ended up being found in a parking lot by a stranger who, amazingly, was able to return it to Baillie, thanks to a Facebook post.
The next day, Baillie had her “daddy doll” safely back home and they are once again inseparable.
