Palmetto Commissioners Vote NO on Apartment Development at Riviera Dunes

Palmetto City commissioners in a unanimous vote, said no to a new proposed apartment development on more than 8 acres in Palmetto.

The project would have had 255 apartments built on the corner of Riviera Dunes Way and Haben Boulevard in Palmetto in front of Riviera Dunes. Near the Bradenton Area Convention Center in Palmetto.

The 5 Palmetto city’s commissioners decided on Monday night (6/6/22) to not move ahead with this development.
