Shay Mooney and his now wife Hannah Billingsley had been secretly married for more than a year before their big wedding in October of 2017. On August 9th, 2016, the day Shay proposed to Hannah, he planned a pop-up wedding at a small chapel filled with close family and friends. See story here.
