Florida man, bubble dude, is as it again! Reza Baluchi washed ashore as he attempted to set sail for Bermuda from Florida in a homemade "hydro pod," in 2014. Saturday he tried to walk to New York using a “hydro bubble” contraption made with floatation buoys! See video here.
